We collect as little as we can, and only to sell and run Ultimate Theme Park.

What we collect

• Your e-mail address, when you buy a license or sign in. It identifies your account and receives the e-mails described below.
• Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe. We only receive the amount, the last four digits of the card, your billing country and the invoice; we never see your card number.
• License activations: when your Minecraft server activates its license, we record an anonymous fingerprint of the installation, the plugin and Minecraft versions, the server name if configured, and the server's IP address. This lets us enforce the one-server rule and show you where your license is active.
• Support tickets and their messages.
• Technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) kept for thirty days for security.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why, and on what basis

To deliver what you bought and provide support (performance of the contract); to send you invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation); to notify you of new versions and of the end of your updates period (legitimate interest — you can opt out of new-version announcements in your account or from any such e-mail).

Who processes it

• Stripe (payments and invoices), Resend (transactional e-mails), and our hosting provider [TODO: name, country] on servers located in the European Union.

How long

Account, licenses and activations: as long as your license exists. Invoices and payment records: ten years (accounting obligation). Support tickets: three years after closure. Logs: thirty days.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy of it, at contact@ultimate-themepark.com. Deleting your account anonymises it; invoices are kept as required by law. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Cookies

The site uses a single, strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. No consent banner is needed for it, and there is nothing else.
